I integrate the different levels of the body and apply methods and techniques that are familiar to me.
Anatomically sensible alignment is one of the basic foundations of my work. Depending on your needs and issues, we will go into more depth through conversations and/or body experiences.
A core element of integrative bodywork is breathing. This helps us to intensify the effect of the different applications:

Movement perception according to the principles of Spiraldynamik®, which is an anatomically based therapy and movement practice.

I respect your personal story. My intention is to meet your feelings and thoughts in a non-judgmental way, so that the “here and now” can fully unfold.
Humor and a playful approach are important and very valuable to me. True laughter is very welcome.
