ABOUT ME

IMG_0281_peq.jpg

The work of people with a holistic view of being human has always fascinated me. My own history inspired me to dive into this area and gain experience. Our bodies are repositories of our own stories, and beneath them can lie many emotions and traumas. I have become aware of these connections throughout my life.

Working with a wonderful therapist in Berlin, I was provided the opportunity to learn and educate myself in a playful way, especially in the areas of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, healing injuries, borderline experiences, and get to know myself better through many processes.

During this time, I completed the training in Spiraldynamik®, graduating in the spring of 2019 with a diploma. In these years of studying, I met Willi Schneider, who introduced me to Integrative Bodywork. Through this type of therapy, I understood (my feeling was confirmed) that the inner and outer posture are interdependent and impossible to separate.

From all these different experiences and practices, I have taken with me that it is first and foremost about meeting each person individually. Thanks to the numerous trainings and further education courses, I have various practices and offerings at my disposal. I am able to combine these in a way that is thoughtfully adapted to you in my Integrative Bodywork sessions so you can come closer to yourself again and be present.

It gives me great pleasure to accompany my clients to expand their consciousness and connection, to experience a sense of well-being and thereby be able to feel the connection from within, and to promote their sense of peace and strength. Integrating these experiences step by step into everyday life is an essential aspect of my work.
